A native Philadelphian who grew up in Our Lady of Lourdes Parish,Monsignor Thomas Owens served as Pastor ofSaint Alphonsus Parish in Maple Glen, Montgomery County. Before arriving at Saint Alphonsus, Monsignor Owens served as the Dean of Formation at Saint Charles Borromeo Seminary.
