Floral Tribute Plan at All Souls Cemetery
If you have a loved one who was laid to rest at All Souls Cemetery, be sure to honor their memory with flowers by enrolling in the Floral Tribute Plan. We offer a full selection of handmade year-round silk flowers and decorations. Our plans provide four placements with predetermined months and types of arrangements placed. Our cemetery staff will place your selected arrangements at the gravesite of your loved ones and carefully replace them when the next seasonal arrangement is ready to be placed. Celebrate the Feast of Divine Mercy
The Divine Mercy Novena begins on Good Friday! Participate daily at the National Shrine of Divine Mercy online at www.shrineofdivinemercy.org/ with Mass at 9:00 AM, the Divine Mercy Chaplet at 3:00 PM, and the Rosary at 5:00 PM.
Saint Peter Parish in West Brandywine will be celebrating Divine Mercy Sunday on April 16. The celebration begins with Mass at 11:00 AM followed by Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament. The Sacrament of Reconciliation will be available from 2:00-3:00 PM. At 3:00 PM there will be the Divine Mercy Chaplet and Benediction.
Divine Mercy Retreat
In these times of crises and confusion, re-focus on growing Trust in God’s Infinite Mercy by attending the 17th Annual Divine Mercy Retreat at Malvern Retreat House, April 14-16. The Divine Mercy Retreat will offer the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, Eucharistic Adoration, Spiritual Conferences, Reconciliation, Silence & Devotions, including the rosary and Divine Mercy chaplet. It will culminate with the Feast of Divine Mercy Sunday! Check-in begins at 4:00 PM on Friday April 14 and the retreat ends after 3:00 PM Divine Mercy Devotions on Sunday April 16. Catholic Charities Night at Citizens Bank Park
Support the Catholic Charities Appeal (CCA) and watch the Philadelphia Phillies take on the Chicago Cubs at Citizens Bank Park on Friday, May 19 at 7:05 PM. A portion of the proceeds from all tickets sold will directly benefit CCA programs that provide support to those experiencing homelessness, special needs students, food cupboards, afterschool programs, and more. If 500 or more tickets are sold, Jay from Don Guanella, a CCA beneficiary will throw out the first pitch of the game and Cardinal O’Hara High School Choir will sing the National Anthem. Hallahan Catholic Girls High School 50th Class Reunion
There will be a 50th Class Reunion for graduates of John W. Hallahan High School on October 14-15, 2023. We will meet at Logan Square at 4:00 PM on October 14 for pictures, immediately followed by Mass at 5:15 PM at the Cathedral Basilica of SS. Peter and Paul.
